By accessing or using FederalRadar ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Numeric Marketing LLC ("Company", "we", "us").
FederalRadar provides access to structured federal procurement data aggregated from sources including USASpending.gov and SAM.gov. The Service is intended for business intelligence and research purposes.
Access to paid features requires a subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle's terms apply to all transactions.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may use the Service for lawful business purposes only. You may not: resell or redistribute data from the Service; scrape or bulk-export data beyond the features provided; attempt to circumvent access controls; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
Data provided by the Service is sourced from public government databases and is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. You are responsible for independently verifying information before making business decisions.
The Service, including its software, design, and compiled datasets, is owned by Numeric Marketing LLC. Underlying government data is public domain. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service during your subscription period.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be current or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numeric Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email.
